# THE RADIOLOGICA MEDICAL AUDITING SYSTEM

**Reducing time, simplifying procedures, ensuring reliable reports: this is the foundation of our Radiologica portal, a platform that directly connects Doctors and Dentists with certified Radiologists.**

The client’s requests behind the project were twofold: on one hand, ensuring the traceability and reliability of the diagnostic process; on the other, reducing the operational complexities that often slow down clinical activity.

With **Radiologica**, the doctor uploads the image, enters the patient’s medical history, and selects the specialist. The system notifies the radiologist and, once the report is completed, makes the digitally signed document available, ready to be integrated into the patient’s medical record.

### Seamless Medical Experience

One of the main challenges was integrating a **simple user interface** with a robust backend infrastructure, capable of handling large files (such as CT images), real-time notifications, digital signatures, and end-to-end data encryption.

All of this had to happen without slowing down the doctor’s operations and while maintaining a **smooth**user experience regardless of the device used.

### Smart Workflow and Secure Storage

A modular system was therefore designed, featuring an intelligent workflow engine that assigns requests to radiologists based on specialization and availability, along with a secure storage system that ensures protected and persistent access to reports.

The platform also supports**auditing logic** to guarantee transparency, traceability, and compliance with GDPR regulations.
